I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I’ve been providing therapy services for adults since 2015.

I enjoy bringing in a variety of therapy models and techniques to personalize the therapy experience for each client. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a mindfulness-based approach that focuses on helping you to figure out what really matters to you and helps you to create the kind of life that you want to live.

In my free time, I love playing tabletop and roleplaying games with my friends and taking care of my cat, Einstein.
